Choosing the right spa for us and making the purchase was very easy at Crystal River Spas. Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable about their spas. The delivery went smoothly and I have absolutely loved my first few nights in my new hot tub!
The entire company has been fantastic through my hot tub install experience. They went above and beyond to help me understand maintenance, wiring, placement and gave me their personal numbers so I could get fast answers in the future. I'm so happy with my new hot tub. Everyone at the store was very helpful and knowledgeable. We found exactly what we needed for the space that we had in mind. The delivery guys were quick and helpful explaining the different chemicals that would be needed to keep our spa looking good.
