They are honest about the spas they sell and are direct about what will work for you and your property rather then just trying to sell you something for their profit. their service people actually come and do the job they promise, following up with commitments they have made. My previous experience on service has been untrained, unreliable service staff leaving poorly cleaned pools or spas and no accountability by the service department or owners. Thank you Crystal Springs!

Crystal River Spas provides excellent customer service. Our spa stopped working and became completely frozen over, two days before a big group was arriving. We couldn’t analyze the damage until the ice melted (which took at least 2 days), but 2 servicemen thought there was little to no chance it would survive. In the meantime, Jake from Crystal River went above and beyond to not only provide a plan B, but also a plan C, in the event the spa had to be replaced. Thank you Crystal River!!

From the consultive approach on choosing the right model for our needs and space to the professional and courteous installation team not to mention the friendly demeanor of all of the staff. Jake was fantastic in terms of coming up to our house and helping to select the ideal location, through to seeing our hot tub was filled up and ready to soak in. We love the hot tub and service at Crystal River Spas. They were great about getting it delivered, up and running and coordinating with the electrician, and also came out to give us a tutorial and cheat sheet on how to service the hot tub/keep it clean. Great service and the hot tub really is incredible!
