Really wanted to leave 5 stars because the contractor I dealt with was great, responsive and seemed transparent and thorough. However the communication to the actual workers seemed a little lackluster and not everything was done as promised. Overall it still came out pretty decent and most likely I would work with them again but certain aspects left my wife and I sort of disappointed.
Crystal Restoration was on top of their game doing a clean out for us. They're honesty, integrity and hard work were exceptional. Crystal Restoration staff found money in the clean out and promptly returned it to the tenant. I highly recommend this company for any of your restoration needs.
Thank you to Jean, Nick and the team at Crystal Restoration for the amazing job they did, not only to mitigate the damage when my basement flooded but also with the great work they did to put it back together. I am indebted to Jean for her willingness to support any questions I had and to provide such outstanding support throughout the whole restoration process!!!
