I love Dr. Reese. She always listens and is very polite. Her medical assistants are wonderful and always put my worries at ease. The reception staff are kind as well. Trying to reach the office can be a little difficult sometimes but they stay busy for being a great practice.
Dr. Reese is amazing she’s been my OBGYN for 2 years now delivered my daughter and about to deliver another baby for me. She is so helpful always answers my questions effectively and the whole staff at Jackson Clinic is so helpful. I thank God that I found a great doctor like Dr. Reese.
First of all, I want to thank Google Reviews—I really should have paid more attention to the ratings before seeing Dr. Crystal Reese. People’s eyes are sharp, and I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when choosing a doctor for routine screenings. I just don’t understand how a patient could be calling to ask to be seen about something scary and the receptionist could be so rude and have a lack of empathy. After the receptionist scheduled my appointment, the only thing I asked if she could possibly have another date and she responded as if I was asking for so much.
