Incredibly poor communication, management, and overall handling of situations. I have had to wait 30+ days for repair work orders on crucial appliances. In my time being here (around 3 years) they’ve gone through 4 resident managers - indicating that they don’t stick around. Edit, as of 2025: Both elevator permits inside the building are expired by over a month, but they continue to operate them. We have had yet another resident manager change. If you are considering renting through this property management company, I urge you to reconsider. You will be left with regret and disappointment. The negative reviews are sadly accurate and I have been an unfortunate previous tenant with Crystal Properties. They ONLY want one thing, your money and will stoop quite low to ensure you know that. The worst experience from renting apartment from this company. Unless you are going really smoothly on the whole process, otherwise they will take your deposite. You need to pay for application, and they never tell you your application states. Very bad services....
