Extremely slow and outdated – not worth the money feels like software stuck in the early 2000s. The interface is clunky, and everything moves at a snail’s pace — from loading charts to switching screens. We’ve wasted countless hours just trying to do basic tasks. To make things worse, support is basically non-existent. When issues come up, it takes forever to get a response, and even then, it’s rarely helpful. I have worked with CrystalPM for almost 15 years at practices I have worked at and now my three clinic locations. They have helped tremendously over the years and are willing to make improvements based upon feedback provided. It takes time sometimes; however, challenges are often difficult to resolve. I appreciate their hard work and I can see they continually are making changes for the better. Thank you all!
I have been with Crystal for well over 12 yrs. I’ve never lost any data and have not been down for more than a few patients here and there (can count those on one hand). I had an issue today with our server computer and their support team was able to recommend a new computer (which I ran out to grab) and Kraig and Keith had me back up and running with a few hours of time. Exceptional service that deserves well more than 5 stars.
The records portion is good. However customer support needs a significant improvement. It can takes hours or days to get someone on the phone. I often have to send repeated emails to get answers to questions.
Very happy with CrystalPM!! Never had a problem with customer support and Dion is a pleasure to work with.
