Crystal doesn't work with IPad's and we were told that it does. All money was paid for they PM and there was only a small refund when things didn't work as promised. Not happy with this.
Had to share that I had the pleasure of having Violet at Crystal Tech Support help me with a billing issue today. She was so patient and helpful and made a stressful situation so much better. She was amazing and I appreciated having such an excellent experience with tech support! Violet really made my day!
Crystal PM is a great improvement from the EHR system we switched from. The system is great and whenever you do need something, support is quick. Their support team is awesome, some that I can name instantly: Adrianna and Zam. Thanks y'all!
We converted to Crystal a year ago and it's been a great experience for us. We continue to discover new features that are so helpful to us. For example, this week, Violet of Crystal Support helped us customize our billing statements. She added some key messages and simplified our statement template so that it will be easier for patients to understand.
