I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase I made at your location. I spent $655 on a two pair of sunglasses, with the understanding that I would receive a brand-new item. I had a terrible experience here. I booked an appointment for 5:15 p.m. and arrived on time. I ended up waiting until 6:00 p.m. without being seen, and when I asked, I was told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes. That means almost an hour past my appointment time with no help and still no guarantee of being seen soon. This was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. I left without even getting my eye test done. Very disappointing and I would not recommend this place.
I had a wonderful experience at crystal opticals. They aranged my eye test on walk-in and test was very detailed. Vandan helped me set up everything my insurance details. He helped me picked the right sunglasses frame and ordered it for me right away. I will recommend anyone who wants to buy sunglasses or prescription glasses. Crystal optical is fast , reliable and easy to work with.
