I have been going with my mom since I was 6 years old. I know the owners personally. I love this place. Everytime I go they never let me down. They do a fantastic job each time. Nothing ever goes wrong with the work they do to me. Best place ever. Anyone who thinks other wise is an idiot.
I was at this business two weeks ago today and my shellac mani and pedicure look like awful. They wanted to charge me 5 bucks to soak the shallac off my nails and argued with me about that wasn't bad on your natural nails. Their price is 10 bucks higher than anyone else in the area anyway. My nails were chipped in 2 days. I went back to have them fix a chip and it chipped again the next day. They weren't nice and talked to each other and not to me. I will never go back and I hope they read this and improve their customer ser... read more
