They do a good job at nails but never honour your appointment time. Past two times I waited 20 minutes past my appointment to get service, which defeats the purpose of an appointment. I plan my days according to places I need to be, I can’t be spending 20 minutes waiting for an appointment, and then spend another hour for the actual service. I was trying them out as they’re close by to my home but definitely returning to my previous salon
Got my nails done here since my nail tech is on vacation. Loved the aesthetic of it but too bad the girl who did my nails (jasmine) was quite unfriendly. I probably shouldn't have told her my usual nail tech is on vacation. She def didn't make an effort that I come back. I got chrome and it peeled off instantly. I went back the next day and another girl fixed it for me. Same thing happened. I had a bridal event in a couple of days and my nails and cuticles looked really bad. Overall Great! Clean, nice staff, very good nail art. Will be coming back and recommending to everyone that is interested in getting their nails done.
Jasmine did an amazing job!! It was my first visit at Crystal’s nail salon and I’ll definitely be coming back!
Beautiful set of designs! I was so pleased with the results - especially the lobster.
