I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience at Crystal Nails & Spa, particularly with the way the pricing for my Gel-X set was handled. I booked a Gel-X appointment online, where the website listed the service as $55 and described it as a fixed rate. I also uploaded my inspiration photo when booking. The design was definitely detailed, but the salon had the photo beforehand and had multiple opportunities to let me know that my design would cost significantly more. Second time coming here and I truly believe I found my forever nail salon. From the service, cleanliness and points reward system here it’s truly like no other. Crystal sees me and my indecisive self and has never stirred me wrong. I highly, highly recommend coming here the service and staff are amazing.
When getting my nails done with Cindy iis always a pleasure …she always had great ideas and new colours to choose from She truly does an amazing job!!! She is the best …and when getting a pedicure pick the deluxe herbal pedicure you feet will feel so amazing when you are done and your legs will feel extremely smooth for weeks …she really know how to pamper you
