I'm really disappointed—the quality of the nail polishes is terrible. I went to get a Shellac manicure and pedicure, and after just two days the polish was chipping. Unfortunately, I was traveling and couldn't go back until a week later. When I got there, they told me it was my fault for not positioning my hands properly inside the machine, and that’s why the polish had chipped. By far the best nail salon I have been to in years! I’ve been to Crystal Nails several times now, and I happily drive 25–30 minutes because their luxury pedicures are worth every minute. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by name with warm smiles and friendly faces. I tried this salon for the first time today and while it’s modern and pretty I have to express my concerns with Jasmine. I booked with her because of all the other good reviews about her. As it was my first time she did not make my first time welcoming at all. I showed her inspiration pictures and she did not shape the nails the way I wanted. Crystal Nails has the best of the best when it comes to service and quality. All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their craft. I’ve been seeing Tina and she always gives me the best nails!! Would recommend paying them a visit 👍🏻
