The hispanic lady & the older lady were amazing! I am leaving a 4 star only because of them. The younger lady with colorful glasses was on her phone WHILE doing a pedicure. Super rude to be doing that while attending a customer. The pedicure was not good because she was not paying attention.
Guy nail tech didn't dust off my nails anytime after drilling. Filling was extremely rough. He glued on white tips because he “didn’t have the time to paint a French tip”. I asked for a specific design for the dance I was attending and he put things that didn’t match what I wanted without asking me which was way overcharged. The nails on my right don't even match the nails on my left hand and he used a gold gem and a gold sequin while everything else in silver which makes my nails look stupid. Who does that? I had called a few hours prior to see if there were any open appointments available for this evening, I was told yes. When I got there, I did have to wait, which I don’t mind. Then I was seated, and still waited for another 10-15 minutes before someone sat in the chair in front of me to do my nails. Once she did, she was completely unfocused on my nails and after half way sanding off the old gel from my previous set, she had me move to someone else’s seat for my nails to be done. Love the girls in there but the guy always hurts and I usually get him almost every time and about 5 days after they fall off.But they have good prices
