Love this place!!! I go literally every week for a fill and new color. I love how they always make my kids feel welcome and not like theyre a bother like every other place does.

I am so upset with my experience at CRYSTAL NAILS in Coldwater, MI I went in there to get a gel fill because my normal nail tech couldn't get me in before my vacation...Now I'm really regretting that decision!! She actually hurt me!! So I got up and walked out!! She ruined my nails!!

The other night, on a whim a couple friends and I decided to get pedicures. Not only did she stay open extra late for us(she was the only one there and it was closing time), she was super nice, did a great job and all of our toes look fantastic! Thank you!

My shellac manicure lasted 5 days before bubbling started. Had to have the shellac removed after 8 days due to chipping. Definitely not the three plus weeks I routinely get with shellac from other nail salons.
