We're sorry to hear that. You had them taken off and a whole new set put on with shellac/gel polish. It was 35 when it was a fill for acrylic and shellac/gel polish. You had them taken off, put gel nails with gel polish back on when you came in with acrylics. Thank you for your feedback. Always polite, never have I had bad service. Sometimes way to busy to get my nails done. But that's okay.
