Horrible service and charge too much
NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE ! ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND LOVE HOW I FEEL AND LOOK WHEN I LEAVE! THOM AND JENNY AND FAMILY ARE THE BEST!!!!!
Jenny is awesome. T2 did a crappy job with my nails and she worked around MY schedule to get me in before the holiday weekend. Very awesome people that do good work!!! �

I've only been to Crystal nails once and it was an awesome experience. Staff was so friendly and even though I had short nails the acrylics turned out amazing � I would come more often but hard to do so with the little ones but I would recommend you check them out. �
They are awesome and do great work
I called & made an appointment for 3 people for gel mani/pedi. We waited an hour and 15 minutes with our feet in cold water before our pedicures were started. They were running out of product too. The salt scrub stuff was gone so the girl sucked up my feet water Into the bottle and squirted it on my legs.. � They barely sanded the skin on my feet and it looks like my 7 year old painted them with polish slopped all over my cuticles. Then I got a gel manicure and the polish has dents and bubbles all over it and again polish on... read more
Had an appointment but still had to wait over an hour for my mani/pedi! The girl was not very personable & did a below average job on my nails! I think it should be posted on the door that they only accept cash or check not wait till your done & then hit you with that fact! Will definitely not go back!
