We visited multiple dealers of multiple brands all over the area. None treated us as well as Crystal; specifically Brandon and Ron. Service personnel are top notch. My service writer Keith was very knowledgeable and through. Everybody I interacted with was very nice. Even out of warranty work is very complete. I'll be back.
We waited a month for them to fix simple codes and they blamed it on Parts. Since when does it take 1 month to get RAM parts. this isn't a Porsche, lambo, Audi, or Jag. Don't tell them you have another vehicle to hold you over. That was a mistake.
