Something to do for everyone! Even when it rains there is something to do. Peaceful place for a short stay or even a several day stay. Updates and upgrades going in all the time making the park even better. Themed weekends are definite must attend!
It was wonderful!! I will be back next year. There is so much to do for adults and kids. The lake is amazing!I would recommend to anyone.
We had a wonderful weekend, even though it was waaay too hot. The pool and the lake helped keep us cool. Check in was fast. Thank you Tyler for all your help. Ladies in the store are helpful as well. Thank you Patty for your help and understanding.
Not sure why it is listed as a campground? The site we had was right next to a parking lot. At 12:30am and 2:30am every night all the intoxicated people leaving the bar would have to pass right next to our site. The site was not a camp site just a place for them to make extra money on a holiday weekend. The people in the RV across from us would walk their poodles over to the edge of our site and let them poop and not clean it up. One of my favorite campgrounds but the fall down your slimy and slippery stairs was not enjoyable. The man that came to see if I was ok stated the management had been told they were slippery but hadn't cleaned them. After I told the staff they did finally clean them, too bad it was after I obtained the bruise all the way down my arm plus on my knees not to mention the sore back I have.
This isn't the first time that I have stayed in their Yurts, I love how it has an open floor plan and all that you need. They have things for the kids to do and play with, expanded swimming area for them, swimming pool, restaurant/bar, grocery store, it is a fun filled place, you got to be there to experience what I am talking about..
I got to say that I am an annual here and in the past some work needed to be done. Under new management I have seen incredible improvements thanks to Nate. Bathrooms were spotless ( even for how packed it was this memorial weekend), park clean and trees trimmed, tons of events for kids like that guy who brought all the animals for the kids , sold out bingo ( we need more cards), horse rides, updated store with almost everything you need, new beach stuff like that giant floating water slide, lake big enough to hold any water ... read more
