I just spoke with a front desk staff Renee I believe her name is. She was incredibly rude and pushy on the phone.
Front desk staff was very helpful and prepared. Dr. Swoverland took time to listen to all of my concerns, talked to me through all of them, gave me feedback to research so I can make an educated decision on my health and admitted her blind spots when she didn't know the answer. I found her to be very refreshing, warm, helpful, and professional.
Have had a great experience with Dr Haskins as our family doctor. She is very proactive to seek every option in treatment while making sure we are comfortable and have time to make our decisions.
Renee at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. The management staff doesn’t seem to care about it even if you call and leave your experience with the patient experience line. I don’t want to see the doctor, I don’t want to call them, I don’t want to make an appointment due to the sheer fact that Renee may answer the phone. Using phrases like “For Gods sake! I just had a bad experience with the lack of professionalism with Renee at the front desk. I asked for a doctor's note for my daughter for school. I have never had to do this before as I didnt know protocol. I would need an appointment to get a note which I understand, but think is a little silly as I didnt feel the need to take her in as she recovered without needing a doctors visit.
