Never would recommend this place to anyone especially anyone with children. I took my son to receive a vaccine. We tried in his arm first and he was crying, very upset. I was holding his as best as possible but he moved while the nurse was giving him the shot. She broke the skin but didn’t inject. He was moving too much so she pulled the needle back out. My Boyfriend went to see Debra Swoverland after months of many concerning symptoms accumulating. I accompanied him to his appointment. NEVER in my life have I ever experienced such a lack of professionalism, compassion, or empathy. As he voiced his concerns and basically begged this woman to help him she told him 3 TIMES she didn’t care about him. I was floored! I, like many others, had some pretty bad experiences with Deb. She had been my PCP for many years during young adulthood. I felt that my concerns were frequently diminished, I was told abnormal things (That were confirmed as abnormal by other doctors.) were perfectly normal, and I felt I had to really fight to get any sort of actual answer to my problems. Front Desk staff is rude and condescending. Hung up on me because they "didn't like my tone" when I was sick and was calling for assistance. They make it pretty clear that they are not interested in providing a good experience. Even when you call their complaint line they will gaslight you and try make themselves look like the victim. It might be institution wide that they do not care about their patients.
