Renee at the front desk is unprofessional and rude. The management staff doesn’t seem to care about it even if you call and leave your experience with the patient experience line. I don’t want to see the doctor, I don’t want to call them, I don’t want to make an appointment due to the sheer fact that Renee may answer the phone. Using phrases like “For Gods sake! I just had a bad experience with the lack of professionalism with Renee at the front desk. I asked for a doctor's note for my daughter for school. I have never had to do this before as I didnt know protocol. I would need an appointment to get a note which I understand, but think is a little silly as I didnt feel the need to take her in as she recovered without needing a doctors visit. This place is NOT very knowledgeable at all. If you want a doctor who will listen to your concerns then do not go here. The nurse practitioner, Deb, thinks she knows more than you do when it comes to your own body. She tells you things that are untrue and when you tell her that it's untrue she says "I went to school for this, I think I know more than you do". She is exhausting with her know it all attitude. Dr Carroll is awesome. Sadly he's retiring at the end of the year. Brittany is also fantastic. DO NOT SEE DEB even if she's the only one with an available appointment time. She is absolutely incompetent and shouldn't be allowed to work in a doctor's office. No room to write all the details here. Also, Renee at the front desk is rude, condescending and argumentative. It's sad what's happening here..
