Dr melgey and his staff are awesome! He just made my Christmas the best ever! My 16 year old baby was really sick, he made him fell almost 75 percent better within just a few days!!! ��
If you don't have a Vet that you love and trust then you shout go to Crystal Lake Animal Hospital. Dr. Melgy is the best so through and compassionate. The staff make this practice superb Rachel, Jackie, Stephanie and Tiffany. The have a new member to the team Casie who is there groomer she groomed our Maddie today and she looks fantastic! We can see Maddie liked her to Thanks so much you all do a great Job taking care of our futbabies. Don and Carol Cook

Needed a closer vet and the animal hospital is the best! The people at the front are so warm and caring and the vet really takes care of his animals. Highly recommend and will be taking all my animals there from now on! Dakota got her nails trimmed and come to find out not only does she have bad arthritis in her hips she had nerve damage due to age. The vet gave her medications as well to keep her as comfortable as possible. They are so thorough there I'm highly impressed!
Just brought in my foster mom and 3 kittens. The staff is amazing. The doctor is very thorough, kind and answered all my questions.
Our fur kitty is getting close to crossing over the rainbow bridge... but over the last 17 years the vets and staff at Crystal Lake have kept him healthy and happy. When it is time I am sure the staff at Crystal Lake will provide us with compassion and guidance like they did when we lost our Bassett Bella last fall. It is the hardest part in a pet parents life, but when we are ready to hear the pitter patter of little fur baby feet again we know what vet we will be using!!!
We appreciate how well Dr. Melgey and the friendly staff treat Cleo for her check-ups and long-term care.
