I attended their fashion show on Saturday was such a relaxing fun time. I was fortunate enough to win a gift card the staff was so helpful in finding merchadise. Cute unique clothing and accessories. Thank you for a wonderful time!

A warning for those shopping here... Watch out for their return policy... if the item you bought was on sale, you WILL NOT be able to return the item! They will REFUSE the return, even if it is brand new, tags attached. I have never seen a more inflexible return policy or shop in my life. I used to buy from here often enough, but you have lost me as a customer and I will share this situation with my friends and family and social media. Not happy!
Crystal house is by far my favorite boutique. I moved out of state and I still come to shop here every time I visit "home" which is actually quite frequent. There is such a wide variety of items for all shapes, sizes and styles. I'd say 90% of my favorite things in my closet are from here and 95% of the gifts I give for weddings, baby showers and birthdays come from Crystal House. I love that you can now shop online!! Love love love the jewelry. I bought the cutest silver calculator there once,with the cutest picture on it. I couldn't make my mind up which to buy there was such variety. I also love the purses, so beautiful.
