I have been a customer of Crystal House Boutique for 15+ years and am sad to say that today they’ve lost my business due to poor customer service on an exchange policy. I wasn’t given an opportunity to explain myself and was told they had no exceptions, regardless of the situation. A boutique this size should live off of serving their customers and should make exceptions for exchanges one week past their 30 day policy. So frustrating.

Staff always seems to be burdened when you need assistance or want to check out. They are not transparent with return policy. They do not value costumers.

Love shopping here. Beautiful clothes and everything- clothing, jewelry, home decor, shoes and boots. Pam is great at putting an outfit together.
Crystal House is a beautiful store however they have no leniency on their return policy. Disappointing.
