Accepts Metro housing assistance. All applications and paperwork is completed online. $50 application fee. Water and sewer is included with the rent. Tenants are responsible to pay all other utilities. Outside looks nice. Apartments are being upgraded little by little, per property management.
I live there reason for 3 stars rent has been raised every yr of the 4 I've been here last one was a hundred dollar increase when saying something about why so much when it's income based to be eligible to live here was told its not income based well if I'm only allowed to make so much a yr to be eligible to live at a section 8 government run apartment complex then its income based housing rumor is a investment company is more than likely buying the place and rent will be escalated to the point where alot of us aren't going ... read more
