Above and beyond! I stopped in yesterday with an issue I was having with my rear view mirror. The lovely ladies out front quickly responded by getting one of the techs to take a look. I had no appointment and did not call ahead. That little mirror was quite the trouble in that they had to take the van into the shop. Turned out the windshield put in by the used car dealer was incorrect this was NOT Crystal Glass responsibility at all but they fixed it right up and at no charge. Can't say enough about the amazing customer service at this location in airdrie. From the wonderful ladies in the front office to the great technicians. What impressed us most was that they cared about their customers and it wasn't just about making money for them. The price was very affordable and they fixed the Crack on our MDX in a clean and efficient manner. We highly recommend this place. Thank you Crystal Glass and Team.
I greatly appreciate the work that they did and the time and effort they took it for sealing the new windshield on my truck.
We asked for framed plexiglass and put vents in for our airconditioner units. One was excellent how ever the second one has two small cracks around the vent.
