I used to deal with these guys all the time when I worked at a mechanic shop.. so it was no question at all who we were going to turn to when we needed a custom windshield built for a dune buggy project that my dad and I are working on! They gave us a quote and it was a very quick turnaround from the go-ahead to picking it up! Fantastic customer service from absolutely everybody in that building! I highly recommend Crystal Glass for anyone that needs anything done! Even weird projects that get created in my dad's mind!
If I could leave zero stars then I would. We have had a few windshields replaced by Crystal Glass in Lethbridge during the past 40 years and never had a problem. Recently had one put in and it was badly distorted at the bottom, enough to make me nauseous while driving. Took it back to them and was told to come back when the manager was in, so I did. It was great! I had two chips and they fixed them in 30 minutes! It’s was soooo fast! Great service and great people!
