Once again the dynamic duo has done it again it was my fathers 70 birthday and they were able to get me these beautiful red and gold roses words can express my gratitude towards crystals flower shop the best in Chicago hands down. I would like to thank Caro and Ale for a phenomenal job on my daughter’s flowers for her graduation they matched the color of her dress to synchronize with her roses. I have been buying flowers from this location for almost 5 years and they have not disappointed me.

I received non traditional Valentine’s Day flowers from here yesterday. I loved them but unfortunately, half of them are dead today they didn’t even last 24 hours. Some flowers were cut so short their stems weren’t in the water and others had leaves left on the entire stem so that they were rotting in the water. Don’t recommend

Just arrived birthday flowers from a dear friend. Woman I spoke to said they were ordered through a 3rd party but made by Crystal Flower Shop, so she'd have to check if they can be replaced. At this point I'll enjoy the lovely thought, but as an avid gardener who loves flowers, I wouldn't order from here.
