This was the first time for me at this particular dental practice. Everyone that I met when I arrived from my appointment was very kind and efficient. Krystle was the hygienist who completed the cleaning. This is the first time I remember in a very long time receiving a good cleaning on my teeth. Dr. Anderson was very soft spoken and he explained the current condition of my teeth and recommended I take some steps to address this. Wonderful Dental office! I have never been to an office where the entire staff is so warm, friendly & welcoming! They all are so willing to answer your questions and concerns. Dr. Anderson is an excellent dentist. He is very hands on with his staff and patients. He takes the time to go over any procedure, answer your questions and makes sure you are comfortable throughout it all. This is now our families Dental office !!! Thank you for your excellent service and care!

My family and I have come here for years. Dr. Anderson and his staff are amazing. Dr. Anderson is so personable and takes his time in the exam answer all and every question. Show me pictures of what is wrong and not just tell me I need treatment. Dr. Orlich has done several implants on my husband and has had no problems. Couldn't recommend this dental office enough. It makes me sad to see negative reviews on here...but most of them are from people not paying their bills and/or not showing up to appointments. Yes, there is a... read more

Dr. Anderson and his staff are friendly, welcoming, and nice. I know everyone says this, but I hate going to the dentist. You can tell Dr. Anderson really cares about his work. He is very OCD about the level of detail making sure shape/shade of crowns match perfectly. His hygienist Krystal is fabulous. She is very gentle and does an outstanding job. Recommend all my friends to come here.

I have been going to Crystal Falls Dental for years. They are one of the only dental practices in the area that is not corporate. Dr. Anderson educates me of any dental concerns or needs by explaining with pictures and xrays of the problem. He really takes his time and does amazing work. Crystal, the hygienist, is amazing, gentle, but gets all the stains and stuff off without hurting me. I really hope Dr. Anderson doesn't sell out to corporate because he is really good.

Have been calling for a week and leaving messages, no one had returned my calls. Shame since covid ended so did customer service.
