I would not advise this as a cofident dental office. I had a consultation and was told my bennefits covered the expense and good to leave. The next appointment I had I canceled a few days early and got a response saying I owed money from prior visit. They refuse to honor there mistake and are threatening to send to collections. Also, in my consultation the dentist mistaked my crowns for a bridge and was confused on multiple things.
Crystal Dental Langley is an amazing place with kind dentists, the place is well kept up and has amazing customer service. Our whole family goes there and we haven't had any bad experiences. My husband got his impant done here and the procedure went perfectly thanks to Dr. Bogdan!
I visit Crystal Dental yesterday for a Root Canal with Dr. Bogdan. The whole surgery was almost 3 hours. It is a complicated and long surgery. Thanks to Dr. Bogdan it was smooth and successful. Dr. Bogdan is very professional and friendly. Very nice guy! For the surgery, I am well informed what is going on and what was going to happen the whole surgery. The team explains everything clearly before they do it, which I really appreciate. No sensitivity afterward. Clean facility, friendly front desk, minimal wait times.
