RecommendedI am currently on a Crystal cruise, my 5th with this cruise line. I’ve always admired their service but something happened yesterday that really elevated my already very high opinion of them. We were on a river rafting excursion booked directly with Crystal. There were 4 of us along with a couple from Louisiana. First of all they didn’t cancel our excursion even with only 6 of us on a large bus.
