I lived here in 1995 when it was called Harbor Cove and had different owners who were great and provided a crew of about 8 full time maintenance workers to handle all issues that came up, and a security guard on premises from 5pm to 8am. Back then, it was a great building. I lived there for about 8 years. I moved out because I got married and returned after my divorce.
