This was our Association's first time using CWC, we had some hiccup however the staff was kind and positive when I informed them of the situation. I'd suggest a pre service call to review the scope of work and expectations to avoid unnecessary situations.
The person that cleaned my windows was careful taking out the screens (I am on the 10th floor), communicated with me issues, and kept everything very clean - no drips. He was terrific.
I've been a long-time, repeat customer of Crystal Window Cleaning and this year marked a decline in service. Two appointments were canceled (the day of the appointment!), making me very uncertain whether anyone would show up for the third. Happily, the fellow arrived slightly ahead of schedule and did a splendid job, but I'm not sure that the chaos in their scheduling makes it worth continuing to use this company. That was 2024. The Crystal crew did an outstanding job on my windows especially my balcony windows which were dirty after the winter and spring. Both men were conscientious and courteous and professional. Really excellent. Thank you.
We have used Crystal Windows for over 10 years. As always, a very positive experience. Guys showed up exactly on time, worked efficiently and finished within an hour.
