RecommendedWent to the quick clinic for a foot injury. It has just opened this week and everyone was terrific!
Quick care? are you sure, after a 5 hour wait I beg to differ 2 hours in the waiting room and another 2 hours and 45 mins of being in a room just WAITING to be seen. Absurd when your pts wait times are 3x as long as the actual time you spend with the pt. just to brush their issue off and shove them out the door.
Fast, expert care. I was seen by Jessica Koberling, PA-C, who correctly diagnosed my "shoulder" pain as being a pinched nerve in my neck. Very compassionate and professional.Highly recommended!
Visit was Friday 2pm. We were the only clients. As with everything CC, intake was efficient. Kind, caring staff who listened!
Went in for lower back and hip pain. Got there alittle before 10 (opening) to beat the monday morning rush. Receptionists very polite and checked me in quick. LPN was very kind and pleasant. Physicians Assistant Jessica Koberling was Excellent, took the time to listen and talk to me about my issue. Turns out I have sciatica nerve inflammation. Referred me for therapy for treatment. I injured my knee on June 24,2017. My girlfriend told me to go to the Quick Care Clinic at Crystal Clinic. I went on Monday, June 26, 2017 at 10 am. I was the third person in line. I not only was evaluated, diagnosed, x-rayed and put in a knee brace but was finished in less than 2 hours!!!! Everyone that I came in contact with was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I also received multiple follow up phone calls in a very timely manner.
