Dr. Diulus seemed to care less about my issues and more about moving on. Immediately went to sending me to PT, and Pain Management, when the suggested course of action for my diagnosis is surgery. I am beyond frustrated with the administrative handling at Dr. Diulus’s office. I scheduled an appointment online, only to be contacted by "Jennifer," who abruptly informed me that I was in collections and my appointment would be canceled. Having had a prior surgery with insurance covering nearly $40,000 in bills, I was completely unaware of any outstanding balance.
