I always read reviews and was leery about all the negative posts that I have read. I met with Abigail Bell NP ,and she earns a 5 star . She was very kind and compassionate. Her knowledge and the way she explained everything so well about my issues , and the results of my MRI . Her explanation was done In a manner that was easily understood. I look forward too working with the doctor and staff in the near future.
I have always been happy with Crystal Clinic until this experience pain management. My moms back is absolutely horrible. She's beyond pills being any help and spoke with the nurse practicioner about my mom getting ablasion treatments. Mind you, the initial appt was the first week in July. The plan was that we were going to have 2 of my moms specialists send letters to clear her for treatment, the nurse practioner was going to meet with the doctor to discuss the case, and we were then going to schedule an appt to begin treatm... read more
