Always nice and great me when I walk in. Very attentive and great Drs! I have seen 4 of them and the Radiologist! I Have had 3 surgeries with them and they are top notch! I saw a post of someone unhappy, I can’t imagine this happening here, but maybe one of the staff was having a bad day! Don’t let one bad review deter your choice to go here!
Awful experience. Office staff is rude when they don’t acknowledge you kindly or at all. Another time Schedulers made appointment before the office opened and I was left standing outside while receptionist walked past me. Other locations the greeting is just as cold, making you feel like you’re interrupting them. Final straw was canceling a procedure 90 minutes before it was supposed to start. Doctor cannot make up for a terribly managed office.
