I recently had full hip replacement surgery performed by Dr. Pakan at Crystal Clinic, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. I canceled immediately after the receptionist asked me with attitude why I was calling her back as if I had no right or authority to simply call back to answer her questions. No joke, the rudest mot vile & evil woman I ever had call me. It scared me off so bad how rude she was that I cannot then trust the surgeon if he let's a receptionist named "Rachel" speak to someone with that condescending and rude of an attitude.
