Friendly and professional
Had a hip replacement today. Dr Lew was amazing from my initial consultation to the surgery.. the nurse that prepped me was unbelievable, my OR room crew was the best..my nurse at the hospital was the best…Autumn B. I can’t find the words to describe the young assistant, Jow. Thank you young man. Incredible place, amazing care. Lou Kimevski
Staff there were were all nice. That said, were they as helpful as they could have been? Not by a longshot. The hospital is set up to look visually top-notch, and it looks great inside and out. Kudos. But where it really mattered, which is easing stress for patients and their families and making the surgery experience as easy as possible, CC failed miserably. It would take another 1000 words to tell it. Go somewhere else.
Never came to waiting room to take me back to see my mother before her surgery. Said there was a mix-up. They give you a four digit number to track progress of the patient you are waiting for on a spreadsheet shown on a TV. Of course they can't arrange them numerically so your reading comprehension needs to be fast or you'll miss the status you are searching for. Terrible experience.
