Scheduled for an MRI at 6:45 PM. Walked in the door, which is a mile away from the check-in desk and the receptionist started asking me questions. I couldn’t hear her and I told her that I couldn’t hear her. Finally got close enough and she was asking me where I was going. My husband was with me and I said to him once we sat down I couldn’t hear her because we weren’t even in the door yet. Everything went smoothly
Facility is great. Hand Surgeon fixed both thumbs. BUT Dr Taliwal... performed surgery on my lower back herniated disc, causing sciatica. NO IMPROVEMENT after a year of hearing wait till the nerve heals. An absolutely useless surgery that put my body through hell for quite a few months. If not for Taliwal, I would give five stars.
As a surgeon myself, I just have to say how impressed I was with this facility. From the minute you walk in and meet with registration, everything is well organized, professional and efficient. The nursing staff was friendly, kind, and helpful. The anesthesia personnel listened and were very knowledgeable. The surgeon, Dr. Dan Myers, was humble and compassionate as well as expertly trained and highly skilled. Just an all around superlative experience.
Love my experience I have had with Crystal Clinic. I so feel I know I'll wake up a brand new Woman! Thank you everyone at Crtstal Crystal. For helping me to be the full me again.
