Horrible customer service and workmanship. Lied about installed features. Quoted 4 months from groundbreaking to swimming� �took 10 months. Zero business integrity. Run from this company!

Quoted 4 months from dig to swim took 9 months of hounding them weekly. Poor communication, flat-out lies about when they or subcontractors would be there, ignoring multiple calls and requests, and finally refusing to repair things that were not done correctly. We have spoken to many in the same situations or worse do not use crystal clear!

We signed a contract with Crystal Clear Pools & Spas for the construction of an 18x36 vinyl pool on August 5, 2019. As of today, June 2, 2020 we have a dug hole surrounded by a concrete deck, boxes of equipment that have been in our side yard since October 2019, an installed pump, and trash left by the work crew. The concrete was finished on April 9, 2020, since that time we have not been visited by a work crew. We have texted Jeff Alvarez on multiple occasions to ask when we can expect work to be completed. Their work is mediocre at this point, it looks like they will never finish. I think they are having money problems borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. I just want the job done.

Crystal Clear communicated well throughout the entire process. They were their to help anytime I called Jeff or Butch. Years later Butch still answers the phone when I call and has been more than helpful anytime I call.

The worst experience ever, had gunite pool installed 3 years ago. While still under warranty, I noticed the concrete decking was settling bad, coming off the tile, causing severe trip hazards around back side of pool. Butch stated they would correct the issue, they wanted to let it settle more, that was over 2 years ago. Zero communication from Butch or Jeff. It was impossible to get them on the phone. They did a horrible job grading and we have flooding going under our house when it rains. They were supposed to fix it but never would. Multiple problems and they would never call back. We paid for salt for our pool but they never it it in the pool. Terrible company!!
