I can’t speak about their service because I couldn’t get them to come out and do the estimate. Scheduled a time for the estimate and was a no show no call, so I called and was told they were short a tech which I understand isn’t their fault. But he didn’t have the decency to call and say he may not be able to make it out. Then never called the rest of the day to acknowledge the missed appointment! DO NOT USE THIS POOL SERVICE, THEY HAVE RIPPED ME OFF FOR THOUSANDS OF DALLORS! THEY DO NOT COMPLETE THE JOB, BUT WANTS ALL THERE MONEY AND THAN SOME! PLEASE PASS THE WORD AROUND TO NOT USE CRYSTAL CLEAR POOL AND SPA, GARY WILL BURN YOU!!!
