I had not been to the dentist in a long time because I was extremely terrified. I woke up on Saturday with a cracked tooth, a painful abscess, and a severely swollen face. I tried to get help, but no one else would see me. This dental office took me in and treated me immediately. Dr. Mekonnen was very attentive, caring, and super friendly. I can’t say enough good things about this dental office! From the front desk to the dentist, everyone was kind, patient, and professional. They explained everything clearly and made the entire visit stress-free. My teeth feels great! The office is spotless and welcoming. I have pretty bad dental anxiety and needed two cavities fixed. I saw Dr. Mekonnen and she did an incredible job keeping me calm, numbing my mouth with no discomfort! and continuously checking on me to make sure I was okay and comfortable. My family was referred to Sango Family Dentistry & we are very glad we were. Our experience was fantastic, from scheduling our appointments all the way to treatment was smooth & their team was extremely professional. The customer service is top notch & really sets the bar high, I wish all of our medical facilities treated people this way. They offer most procedures & dental options in house with the most up to date tech I've seen. Overall we had an amazing experience & highly recommend them!

I have never felt like I needed to review a dentist but this hands down the best dentist that I have been to. I moved to Nashville and do not have a primary dentist in town yet. I BROKE MY tooth and needed fixed asap for a show coming up and they were able to fit me in do all the work I needed the same day!!! Dr. Mekonnen and here staff are amazing!
