The Doctor was very nice but the customer service is very bad. The people in the front are not nice at all. They do not care at all. So Sad!!!!! They should hire people who really appreciate a job in this place. So many people that need a job and they have good customer service skills. People like them destroy business �

I've been a customer for 3 years and has never had an bad experience. Dr. Loven is very kind and patient. And his staff were very helpful as well. I highly recommend them to anybody looking for glasses or contacts.
I was planning a trip to Arkansas and knew I would need glasses for night driving so I went to crystal clear eye care for an exam and glasses. Lovely staff and took great care of me. I asked before paying how long the glasses would take to get there and was told 4-5 business days so I went ahead and ordered them, even upgrading the lens to the better quality since my insurance did well more than expected. My son and I went in and got our eyes checked and both ended up with Glasses. Best experience I've had in a long time! Thank you for the arrange service from the two ladies that helped us Nikki and Crystal.
