One star is too good for these people – I dropped 7 lined drapery panels off to be pressed. When I picked them up, they looked fine on the hangers, but when I hung them up, they were awful with steamed-in wrinkles and stretched-out, sagging fabric. I called them immediately, and even before I could tell them about the problems, they started telling me to bring them back and they would fix everything.
