Very highly recommended!!! I live in a very small studio condo in a high rise building in downtown Seattle, and not all carpet cleaners are willing to do such a small area. However, I had no problems at all scheduling an appointment. The owner, John, personally came out to clean my carpet, and he not only was extremely professional, efficient, and quick, he also took extra care to make sure that none of my wooden furniture would be damaged by the damp carpet. The very best care They know what they are doing it is a family owned business and they care about your service.. I have never seen such professional care as with this company form the time I scheduled the appointment to when the owner left me with my instructions.
Poor customer service I wonder if they want business or not. I called a couple weeks ago to set up a cleaning for my condo but ended up having to reschedule. When I called back today, the woman said, oh well you're in a condo and we probably can't help you. I asked her to look up my condo since I knew the unit above me had used their services. She was completely unwilling to look anything up and just suggested I go somewhere else....
