I ate late lunch there today with my family. This was our first time here. Had heard people bragging the hamburgers and peach pie here. This place was clean. The service was great. Trey was our waiter. He was super. Blond headed lady I assume was the owner or manager was very friendly. She asked us how the food was. I was over here for Georgia chief's association summer training conference. I got the brown Ale burger. It was the best hamburger I have ever ate. The peach cobbler was the best I have ever had. This little golden nugget of a restaurant is off the beaten path of the tourists attractions and I see why...It's great! Had THE BEST shrimp and grits EVER made by Chef Bobby! Make sure he's there when you order it! It's not on the menu. Our server, Nicole, from Houston, TX (we're from Fort Worth, TX) was awesome and very knowledgeable. Great first time experience! I will be back!
I loved our first visit. We actually just stumbled up on it. Great food! My husband really enjoyed looking at all the old pics while we waited for our table. We will definitely be back when we visit from Warner Robins.
Best place to eat in Savannah. Me and my wife even ate there on our honeymoon and we go any time we're in savannah. Gawga cracka nachos are a must try and the BBQ is simply amazing! We would drive an hour and a half just to eat here and go home.
After 30+ years of being a Savannah resident I finally ate at Crystal Beer Parlor for the first time today! Greek Burger was AMAZING! And Larry knew how to soothe the "hangry" beast that was lurking inside me! Good customer service goes a LONG way! Thank you Larry!
Quality food, excellent service, and a great variety of local beer. We will be back.
Best place to eat hands down. Shrimp and grits, crab cakes or flounder! Can't go wrong. Peach Cobbler is the bizness too!!! Yum Yum Yum
The food was delicious and portions were generous for the price. The menu is varied and has many southern favorites, and the atmosphere is happy and energetic. The ambiance is nice, with the walls covered with pictures and news articles of Savannah's past, and the decor is a perfect reflection of the place's history. They also have a full bar, featuring a dozen or so beers on tap, including several brewed locally, and specialized versions of all the "traditional" cocktails, but the place still has a family friendly feel to i... read more
