This was my second time at Crystal Beauty. First time my experience was good, however my second visit didn't go as well. $120 (not including tip) and one week later 2 of my nails came off and 1 is lifting. Went in on a Wednesday, that Friday my jewels started coming off. After my nails I had to remind them I had a pedicure appt as well. It seemed as if they didn't really want to do it, also she only scrubbed the heel of my feet and didn't even lotion my feet. Melissa did my nails she did an awesome job I love it however the chairs are very very uncomfortable the pedicure chairs as well as the manicure chairs they both are very uncomfortable that was my only complaint otherwise the place is very nice very pleasant people are very nice and my nails look awesome!!! I would go there again. However I would split Mani & Pedi two different days, cuz the chairs.
The whole vibe of this beauty lounge is relaxing, intimate and classy. The prices are more then reasonable without all the hoards of people at your average nail salon. Not only do the offer nails services but lashes too! Not the cheap kind with temporary glue! It's the real deal and worth the drive if your not from this area. Easy to get to and parking always available! Trish is my girl there is not one design she can't do!
Best nails and experience I’ve EVER had at a nail shop. Misty is AMAZING she really takes her time and pays attention to every little detail. I came back the very next day to get my daughter’s nails done, and I’ll 100% keep coming back to Misty, She’s gained life time customer!!! I’d give 100 stars If I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
