Es un hotel que le falta ser renovado y tener mejores adecuaciones en su área de cocineta, la atención de Anna y y Fany fue extraordinaria al igual que la room atendance

Pessimos funcionarios, atendente sem empatia , não quis ajudar . Tive que pagar duas estadias porque não quis trocar estadia no meu nome (filho) para estadia dos meus pais. Principalmente a funcionária da recepção, horrível . Nunca mais voltarei.

Upon walking in you clearly think this is scam and low budget. I can say the staff is very nice. The hotel itself not some much. The location in relation to the beach is superior so absolutely no complaints. The elevator is so small that only 3 people can fit and please hold your breathe cause the weight limit is low. The hotel is outdated. The rooms are underwhelming. Although clean it's just gives old and stale. The housekeeping staff were on top of their job.
