Normally I don't leave reviews. If I do it's generally because I'm not happy about something. Got to say though, Shef from the maintenance team came in and promptly repaired my maintenance request.Shef and Zack are always prompt. Thank you for your help!
Zak and Shef from Crystal Bay Maintenance came over to replace my microwave, repair a closet door, as well as a few other post-move in issues. They were great! They were very friendly, efficient, and did a great job on all of the tasks. It’s nice to know that the maintenance guys at my new place are people like Shef and Zak!
Great apartment, great location, very quiet. Shef and Zak on maintenance are fast and friendly. The few problems I've faced over my time here has been quickly resolved!
Very bad place to live if you are a Hispanic or are in an Interracial marriage they discriminate you and your beliefs. They love to send notices but never respond to any of your questions or they just go around it. I don't recommend to anyone. Run and find a better place. They don’t even deserve a one star.
Maintenance Shef and Zak are excellent! They are fast and very reliable. I had issues with some plumbing and they were very attentive to all my calls for help. They are both very friendly and funny! I enjoy talking with them. Thank you both!
