I applied for a townhome, I made the amount needed to rent. But they couldn’t t figure how to read the pay stubs and bank statements. Turned me down then kept my holding fee, which you have to provide to even apply. Corporate BS. All of the garages are bashed in and they say they don’t fix them. The mailboxes are old school so they can easily be robbed. I will fight for my fee. If everyone who applies and is rejected they get to keep $100?! No way. Fight for it people.
