I lived at this property for 10 months and was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the beginning, the condition of my townhouse was subpar. The carpet was still wet, visibly dirty (including dog hair), and required a second cleaning—yet it remained musty and unclean due to improper treatment. I also had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen myself upon move-in, as they were not properly cleaned. Very unprofessional staff members, clear discrimination, unprofessional communication, rude responses, unexplained delays, always “short staffing” as an excuse for every mistake. Do not recommend at all this place , at least as long as same current staff members are in charge, poorest experience with leasing company, ever.

Normally I don't leave reviews. If I do it's generally because I'm not happy about something. Got to say though, Shef from the maintenance team came in and promptly repaired my maintenance request.Shef and Zack are always prompt. Thank you for your help!
Zak and Shef from Crystal Bay Maintenance came over to replace my microwave, repair a closet door, as well as a few other post-move in issues. They were great! They were very friendly, efficient, and did a great job on all of the tasks. It’s nice to know that the maintenance guys at my new place are people like Shef and Zak!
