We lived at this property for more than three years, and our experience with management was consistently disappointing. Billing discrepancies occurred, and management was unwilling to meaningfully review documentation or acknowledge errors, even when concerns were raised calmly and with records. No AC for 3 months during the summer with no mitigation measures, no compensation. I had to be understanding and flexible and was persistently denied compensation or mitigation despite multiple asks. However, every time I needed flexibility or accommodations, they were never amenable. Very poor, condescending treatment from the staff on basically all interactions. Do not recommend renting with this leasing company.
I lived at this property for 10 months and was extremely disappointed with my experience. From the beginning, the condition of my townhouse was subpar. The carpet was still wet, visibly dirty (including dog hair), and required a second cleaning—yet it remained musty and unclean due to improper treatment. I also had to clean the bathrooms and kitchen myself upon move-in, as they were not properly cleaned. Very unprofessional staff members, clear discrimination, unprofessional communication, rude responses, unexplained delays, always “short staffing” as an excuse for every mistake. Do not recommend at all this place , at least as long as same current staff members are in charge, poorest experience with leasing company, ever.
