I love this place! I have attended two weekend retreats here and each time I leave I feel renewed and pampered! Keith served us amazing healthy food that left us satisfied and full. Everything was delicious including the desserts! Nicole served us with a smile and tookbthe effort to know us by name. The hotel evokes a calmness and serenity to renew the spirit. Thank you to all the staff for an amazing time!
This place was fabulous. Quiet clean an great service I can't wait to go back. Excellent breakfast as well. Would highly recommend to anyone
My family and I had the opportunity to stay at Crystal Bay as a last minute reservation this past weekend. We were very pleased with the overall friendly staff and spacious room. We enjoyed our made to order breakfast in which our son has a new favorite pancake...vanilla cinnamon. Our family will definitely be back for another stay!

Great location, close to the best beaches! Excellent staff, friendly and helpful. Delicious fresh breakfast with home made omelets, pancakes, all types of breads, variety of juices, fruits. Great price plus an upgraded room! Clean room with lots of space. Who could ask for anything more.
Absolutely anazing, a lil pricy but we'll worth it... I most def will be back and probably to have a women's retreat... The breakfast staff was most pleasant and the chef, well food was delicious and made to order top knotch. These people care bad it shows TBAL will be back.
Charming historical hotel. Very clean and the staff couldn't be any nicer!!
