Great place to buy a car from. Customer representative are friendly always pointed me in the right direction. It took a while to close the deal, due to my credit but they went out the way to still help me get financed. Thanks Crystal Auto Sales

Communication was terrible. I was told I would receive a call back several times and I was never called. I was asked to fill out a loan application and never told if I was approved or not. I was then told the finance person is out of town. The following week I was told the vehicle was nor eligible for financing. This place seems like someone's side hustle, not an actual company that wants to sale and or finance.

Never responded to my email request for information regarding a specific vehicle (Subaru Forrester). I went to the dealership and found the staff to be professional and courteous when I visited the lot.
