Great service for 25 years. Repairs are done correctly by a real technician. Not a parts exchanger. Problems are diagnosed and repaired not just fixed.
My furnace wasn’t working properly and a different company told me I needed to replace it. I got a second opinion from Crystal Air and Brian figured out what was wrong within five minutes. He was honest and efficient and saved me $10k. VERY happy with him and this company and will HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
Great experience. I had trouble with my heating system and Kaden who came out that day was very thorough and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the repair part and fixed it that day. I would highly recommend crystal air systems if you have heating or air conditioning problems. Very impressed.
Brian came out today and began troubleshooting our Carrier (2017) furnace that had a thermostat that kept rebooting. He discovered the previous HVAC company did not have the blower speed correct, and the gas pressure was also too high, and I had too many vents closed. This guy is a HVAC brain surgeon when it comes to understanding all the various nuances of these systems. He explained nearly painfully, every step he took as my system threw him a few curve balls.
