Caden and his dad, Randy, were fantastic from start to finish. I was able to get an appointment quickly, which was a huge relief during the recent hot weather. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain how my air conditioning system works, including how extreme heat can affect performance. I really appreciated their thoroughness and the way they made sure I understood the diagnosis and repair process. I highly recommend them for anyone needing honest and reliable service.
Great service for 25 years. Repairs are done correctly by a real technician. Not a parts exchanger. Problems are diagnosed and repaired not just fixed.
My furnace wasn’t working properly and a different company told me I needed to replace it. I got a second opinion from Crystal Air and Brian figured out what was wrong within five minutes. He was honest and efficient and saved me $10k. VERY happy with him and this company and will HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
Great experience. I had trouble with my heating system and Kaden who came out that day was very thorough and professional, quickly diagnosed the problem, got the repair part and fixed it that day. I would highly recommend crystal air systems if you have heating or air conditioning problems. Very impressed.
