Honestly one of the best customer service experiences i have ever had from start to finish! They made sure i was set up with the right person for my 10 year olds hair. Great communication with the over the phone consultation. Dai'Ja was absolutely fantastic with her and did an amazing job on her hair. They made her comfortable and even though she was the one getting the service done every one made sure I was comfortable and taken care of as well. 10/10 would recommend and will absolutely be going back!

I was good with your service Danielle. The only problem I had was with the price you quoted me on the phone, which was $45.00. I'm a senior and on a fix income. I even took off my polish for you. For you to charge me $55.00. I was truly disappointed and will not return back to that established every again in this side of the realm. Have a safe and bless life
