went to this salon twice for cornrows, and the second visit was extremely disappointing. My stylist, Trudy, showed up one hour late to my appointment and then took three full hours to braid my hair — only for the results to be completely wrong. The braids were crossed at the top, the back was visibly messed up, and she never offered a mirror or took photos like she did the first time. I had a wonderful experience at the salon yesterday ! Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and the facility was exceptionally clean. I was so impressed watching the owner seamlessly manage everything—from styling hair and assembling chairs to cleaning and finishing up a client with a bomb blowout.To top things off, the day before my appointment, I accidentally left my purse at the salon for over three hours.
