Rob is truly a gem, and so is his beautiful place. My partner and I spent almost a year there and loved the space. We would have stayed longer but wanted something closer to our university. The place is walk-in ready, which was appreciated after a long flight. Having a fully furnished place close to the bus stop is wonderful. This is a great apartment to stay in! I felt safe and comfortable staying there. I stayed in apartment 2, for 4 months during my last semester at Toronto Metropolitan University. It was close to campus and downtown. Only 15 min walk to eaton centre or 10 min street car and it is a 1 minute walk to the street car stop. The quality of the apartment was great. There was no problem with any appliances or anything. I loved that it was furnished with a tv, roku, washer/dryer and even dishes. Made moving in and out quite easy. Ther... read more

Stayed here for 4 months and it was amazing! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay. Rob was great and attentive, had no issues at all. Location is also fantastic, great neighborhood.

Stayed here for 4 months. Great location, amazing experience. Rob & Lisa were great and very helpful. Apartment was comfortable and location was great. Quite and easy access to downtown.
