The building is very quiet and calming as you enter. Everyone is nice and pleasant. I wish they offered a hair dryer and a second towel but Ill go back for sure.
They have several services that are worthwhile for body repair. The prices are fair. And rhe employees are very friendly.
After an afternoon of self care at Cryotherapy Indy we hit the town for our anniversary feeling wonderful! We experienced the salt tank, sauna and cryotherapy. All of these combined really made us feel so good. Cryotherapy is a little intense but well worth the freeze!
Staff is very friendly and I always enjoy the other services; however, this is the 2nd time I’ve gone for the float therapy (I’ve done the float maybe 3 times) and the float tank looks unsanitary and it appears that mold is around the corners and at bottom of tub. I decided to try again after almost 2 years and thought that the staff member at that time just didn’t clean good enough but it still looks nasty so I just canceled once again. Charbel has always been a great help with my wrist/hand/RSI issues. I am always impressed how quickly he gets right to the problem areas. After just a few visits and some at-home exercise recommendations I've seen a huge improvement! Thank you so much Charbel, and all the staff.
