Paid for floatation therapy session and sauna session but when I finished the float tank session they said they couldn't find anywhere in their system that I had a sauna session, they said they couldn't do anything for me including refund so I had to just let it go after arguing with them for a while. Haven't went back since. Definitely an expensive float session and costly mistake coming here!
Superb customer service. Excellent and easy to understand instructions. I'll definitely be back to float!!
